How do I know where to find the questions that I am required to answer every day?
After you sign in, just select the button marked: "Continue Evaluation", and you should select the : "Do Today's Assignment" button here:
How do the Contractors get paid ?
Direct Deposit. Most large corporations and small businesses use direct deposit for convenience, since most employees have to commute, and others may be out of town on pay day. For Contractors there's no telling where you'll be, so it's important for you to get the money you worked for on schedule. Of course you can have the payment method changed on request. More information about payment schedules and procedures will be available after your evaluation is completed, and you have a "active contracted assignment".
How long does it take to actually begin working once the evaluation is done ?
The timeframes from the evaluation to actually working is dependent on the skills of the person working. Some assignments require complex skillsets, and others are simple. The Contract that is acquired will determine the skillset needed to complete the assignment.
If a person is not able to finish an assignment, is it posible switch it with a different assignment, before that one is done ?
All of the work, and assignments are accessible online for any Contractor to view. You can update your profile, or request additional information through the main website.
Is the evaluation paid?
No. Just like any other assessment it is not paid for. The evaluation will show if you can answer one question a day correctly. Seems simple enough, but most people lose interest.
Please unsubscribee from getting Any active mode training emails
Alright, you've been unsubscribed, and will no longer receive training material. Thank you for making an effort to work mobile.
Is it really possible to work with a mobile device to do real work ?
Not that difficult at all. It's important to remember that the device you carry around with you is a small computer. In the beginning, it was designed for "business" and not Social Interaction, so we just need to learn how to use the expensive device you bought, for what it was originally intended... for work.
How do I decide which assignments I can actually complete ?... Who makes the decision ?
There are two things...
Availability and Skillset. If your available for the assignment, then you can take it. But if your skillset is not adequate, then you won't be able to complete it successfully. The choice is made by the Administrator for Mobile Workers. Make sure that you've submitted your skillset, so they know what you can do.
Is there additional training available to learn things that I don't know, or new things that I want to learn ?
Training is available through groups or on an individual basis, after the evaluation is completed. Its important to complete the evaluation first, because it serves as a gauge to what skills you come in with. As a group the evaluation shows which individuals need more attention, and time is adjusted to serve their needs.
How long do the assignments last, and can we choose wich assignment we want to work with ?
The assignments can last from an hour, week, or month depending on what needs to be done, and the contract that is available. You'll have a chance to choose an assignment that you can finish. If you're not able to complete it on your own, you can request help from other contractors. Only accept the contracts that you can complete successfully.
Do you have positions available for Supervisors and Managers at this time ?
Yes, and no...
Contractors are self-managed. We support those that acquire their own contracts, and we also supply contracts for them if they are available. We train Contractors to do Technical support work, but we don't instruct them on how to do it, unless they ask for assistance from us. And remember that we're working in a mobile environment, which makes managers unnecesary.
